Carlo Purassanta

Carlo Purassanta is a European leader in technology and innovation, with experience across business, digital transformation, and social impact. He is the founder of The Evident Project, a pan-European fund for the growth of tech companies, and Evident Generation, a consulting firm for private equity funds. He previously served as Executive Vice President of ION Group, Executive Chairman of Cerved, and led Microsoft in France and Italy, as well as holding leadership roles at IBM. He sits on the boards of OTB and Diesel, is a member of the French Touch Fund, and holds a degree in Engineering from the Politecnico di Milano and an MBA from Henley Business School. Author of “A Crucial Impetus,” he explores the social role of technology.

Marco Farina

Marco Farina is the Founder and CEO of Logol AG, where he leads digital transformation with cloud- and artificial intelligence-based solutions. He promoted the development of ELLE, a leading AI platform for the legal sector in Switzerland, and EFFE, an advanced solution for the financial sector. A member of the Executive Board of the Swiss LegalTech Association and a lecturer at the Kalaidos Banking+Finance School, he was a Microsoft MVP for the past nine years. In 2025, he received in London the “Entrepreneur of the Year” award from the Association of MBAs. An endurance enthusiast, a member of Mensa International, and father of two daughters.

Livio Kaspar

Livio Kaspar is a Senior Associate at the law firm Schellenberg Wittmer in Zürich. He advises Ultra-High-Net-Worth Individuals on all aspects estate planning, including succession planning for family businesses, as well as on matters related to philanthropy and arts. Livio also represents clients in trust and estate litigation, and he regularly works with family offices on both the planning and contentious aspects of their operations. Livio is also closely involved in pioneering AI driven ways of working at his firm, providing input from his practice so that new tools can be deployed in a way that best serves the firm’s UHNW client base. Through this engagement, he contributes directly to the firm’s transition into the AI era.

Michele Cibetti

Michele Cibetti is Investment Manager at Lagfin S.C.A., the investment holding company of the Campari Group. In this role, he is involved in strategic investment activities and in the ongoing development of the group’s portfolio. Before joining Lagfin, he was part of PAI Partners, one of Europe’s leading private equity firms, and previously worked at Credit Suisse in London. He holds a degree in Finance from Bocconi University, consistently ranked among Europe’s leading business schools.

Markus Kramer

Markus Kramer is an expert at powering brands, combining academic insight with deep business experience. His track includes executive positions at iconic brands such as Harley-Davidson and Aston Martin, as well as building brands across financial services, technology and NGOs. He is author of The Guiding Purpose Strategy: A Navigational Code for Growth, numerous papers, and co-author of the Swiss Private Banking Identity Index SPBIx™ as well as the global Responsible Investment Brand Index RIBI™. He serves as Visting Professor at Bayes Business School in London for strategic Brand Management and teaches the Luxury Brand Management elective for the BsC and MsC programs in international business at ZHAW in Switzerland.

Alessandro Maserati

Alessandro Maserati is a mathematician and leader in Artificial Intelligence. Graduating with honors in Mathematics from the Scuola Normale Superiore of Pisa, he began his career at Boston Consulting Group before specializing in Artificial Intelligence. Since 2017, he has been with Logol, where he now serves as Director and Head of AI, driving the development of innovative technological solutions. A speaker at international events and an external lecturer at institutions such as Politecnico di Milano and SUPSI, he is also President of the Associazione Normalisti and a member of Mensa. Combining technical excellence and strategic vision, Alessandro Maserati is a key figure in Artificial Intelligence for both academia and industry.
